Industrial process conductivity/temperature controllers CDTX-111 and CDTX-112 are panel instruments for in-process monitoring of conductivity. Range switch over and cell constant checks can both be freely set and adjusted during operation. Unique signal collection and processing technology, and a special thick film circuit are employed to ensure accurate measurements and stable operation. Other features include linearized data, automatic temperature compensation, and maintenance-free cells. The control functions trigger relays based on conductivity setpoints. The CDTX-111 and CDTX-112 are ideal auxiliary instruments for many types of water testing applications.

Is it possible to buy the the CDTX-111 monitor with normally closed AL and AH contacts?

About your CDTX-111 conductivity monitor, we need it to monitor the water resistivity in real tome. I have a quetion to ask: Terminal Pin 12 & Pin 13 behind it is connected to the temperature sensor, is this sensor necessary in our application?

Hi, thanks for connecting with Omega. The CDTX-111 conductivity controller has Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) and you do not necessarily need it unless the sample you are measuring is changing or fluctuating in temperature. If the liquid measured is at a constant temperature, then, measuring conductivity will not be affected. Please email flow@omega.com with any further questions. Thank you

The manual calls for 1 calibration level, however is it possible to calibrate multiple levels using different known standard solutions? I am having an issue with full range 0-2000us accuracy.

Thank you for your inquiry. You may calibrate using multiple solutions, it will only retain the 1 source and best to check the correct probe cell constant being used for higher conductivity solution.
