Features

The LVV-110 Series unique vertical buoyancy sensors are technically the most advanced float available today. The filling baffle causes the float to be filled below the liquid surface, thereby eliminating the effects of surface tension. The self flushing design also encourages particulate matter to be purged through the baffles. The sensors are conveniently available in a reed switch.

Our manufacturing processes use various fluids, such as water-based and oil-based lubricants with suspended particulate matter, hydraulic oil, machining/sawing coolants. What are the limits regarding the fluids these units can operate in?

Asked by: DieForge007
Thank you for your inquiry. The level switch can work with most liquids, unless, the liquid tends to stick onto the surface of the switch which may cause a false reading.
