The OMEGA DP25B series Digital Panel Meters feature the biggest brightest display of any 1/8 DIN panel meter. The user can select the display color: RED ,AMBER, or GREEN.
PANEL METERS with Relays and Analog Output
The popular DP25B series are accurate, economical, and easy to program. The DP25B series feature a big bright four digit display plus optional dual 5 amp Form C (SPDT) relays and a choice of isolated or non-isolated analog output. The scalable 0-10 Vdc, 0-20mA, or 4-20 mA analog output can be used as a retransmission of the display value or as a proportional control output as required. The microprocessor based DP25B series includes instruments for Thermocouple, Process (DC voltage and current), and Strain Gage.
The DP25B process meter accepts a wide variety of DC voltage and current inputs to cover any typical process application. Standard features include easy front panel scaling to virtually any engineering units, selectable excitation of four voltages to work with most transducers and transmitters, front panel and remote tare function for weighing applications, and a hardware lockout to prevent unauthorized changes in setup. Four full digits and simplified scaling via the front-panel pushbuttons make it easy to set the display to read in any engineering units.

Tough Little Meter
Nice meter. We use it to display pressure when calibrating relief valves. Holds up pretty well in a rough environment as long as you don't beat on the front panel. Instructions are okay but not the best...however, tech support is exceptional! You can't go wrong with this meter.

Doesn't come w/ a power cord?
We bought this and it didn't come with a power cord. I did not see that in the advertised information so that is a bit disappointing. Gets the job done if you can plug in.

The ones I got don't have a PEAK option with the MAX button. They just have a Net/Gross which is useless for my application. Do you sell some still that have the PEAK button or an updated manual for what you are currently shipping?
If you are talking about the DP25B-S it does have PEAK capability. The NT/GRS button can be programmed for a peak reading function. If you access the RD.CF menu during scaling and to the R4 submenu you can select either a G for Gross or a P for Peak. This procedure is covered in the full manual for the DP25B-S. If you do not have the full manual you can download it from the MANUALS section on our website,

Dear, I'm busy introducing and standardizing this part for our database. I was wondering if the part if this part is RoHS and/or REACH compliant. If so, could you provide me with an official statement? Renzo van der Sloot Standardization Engineer ASML
Thank you for your inquiry. This product is RoHS compliant and certificate can be found on the product page on website under SUPPORT MATERIALS, Compliance Certificates. Product is not REACH compliant.

Please explain what does "1 sec Sampling Rate" means?
Thank you for the inquiry
The rate is how fast the display will sample the input to the meter.
Hope this was helpful.

What is the main difference between DP25B-S-AR and DP25B-S-A?
The DP25B-S-AR has both the analog output and setpoint relay options. The DP25B-S-A only has the analog output option.

Does this unit come with calibration cert, tracable to NIST standard?
Andrew, thank you for contacting us. This is a process meter that accepts multiple inputs, so this unit as is does not come with a cal cert. But we can perform a system calibration of this unit with the sensor you have, at a small additional charge. The system of the meter and the sensor will then be NIST traceable.
If you have more questions kindly email us at pressure@omega.com

Is the update rate of the analog output tied to the sampling rate of the sensor? That is. if the sensor samples at 3 Hz, will the analog output update at 3 Hz, or will it update continuously?
The analog out it is not a D/A converter but a pulse-width modulator which is much slower in function. It takes about 500 msec for the analog output to begin to change and then it takes up to 1500 msec more for the analog out to go from 0 to the full 10 V settled max final value.

Is it a loop powered controller for Pressure transmitter please let me know the wiring connection to connect a 2wire 4...20ma transmitter
The DP25B-E is not a loop-powered display. It is powered either by AC power (115VAC or 230VAC). It has an internal 24VDC supply that you can use to power a 2-wire 4 to 20mA transmitter. The 2-wire transmitter would be wire to the DP25B-E as follows. The positive (+) connection from the transmitter would wire to Terminal TB2-5. The negative connection from the transmitter would wire to Terminal TB2-3
