HOW TO BUY FROM US
The Basics
1) Feel free to browse our on-line store. Initially no login is
required to shop for items and add to your shopping basket.
2) Once you are ready to checkout, we will ask you to set-up a
unique login and password on our secure server if you haven’t visited us before.
Otherwise login to continue and complete the transaction.
3) Various options are available to you when purchasing from the
OMEGA On-Line Store, see below.
4) Once your order has been entered, you will receive an immediate
acknowledgement that your order has been placed as well as a follow up email
confirmation of your order with a unique order confirmation number.
Ordering Options
• Credit Card
We are pleased to accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard,
VISA, and American Express. We currently do not accept debit cards. We will
only charge your card once the order has been shipped.
By using your credit card on-line we will be able to speed order
processing and confirmation of your order. Since security is of the utmost importance
when ordering on-line, we ask that you review A Word about
Security for information on OMEGA’S Store using the latest technology to
ensure your transaction is fully secured.

• Purchase Order
This option is available to existing OMEGA
customers with an established Customer Number and line of credit. To pay by
purchase order select "Pay by Customer Account" option when you are checking out. Then
fill in the Purchase Order and OMEGA Customer Number information. If you desire to open
an account with OMEGA leave the OMEGA Customer Number field blank, and fill in the Purchase
Order field. Sales will reply by email or telephone to fully confirm your order has been processed.
Orders placed on account are subject to credit approval and verification.

Items that are available and in stock will be so indicated during
the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order,
we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available.
The availability information shown on our web site and provided by our sales
staff is the most up-to-date information we have but this information does not
represent a guarantee or promise of availability. Once your order has been processed,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your OMEGA-on-line Order Confirmation

Shipping Method
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 1 Day with flat rates for OMEGA’s On-line Store shipments.
If you choose to ship via Fedex 1 day Air or Purolator Air, OMEGA requires that you have a carrier
account number. If you are ordering items that
are not in stock, please be sure to indicate if you would like available items to ship to you
(partial shipment) or if you would prefer us to ship the order complete. If there are any questions regarding

How do I search for a product in the On-Line Store?
You will have the choice of searching the entire omega.ca
Site (100,000+ Products) or searching the OMEGA On-Line Store only. We will strive
to continually add to the number of products available to purchase at our On-Line
Store, but if the product you find is not available for on-line purchase simply

Can I buy an Extended Warranty for a Product?
Yes. Even though many OMEGA products feature a standard warranty beyond industry standards
we also offer an (OCW -OMEGACARE®) extended warranty service. On many products you can select 1 to 3 years extended
service; OCW-1, OCW-2, or OCW-3 for a maximum of 5 years total service.
In the event you require any repairs, with OMEGA's Loaner Program we may be able
to send you a loaner at no cost, while yours is being serviced. It's our way of saying, "Thank you for choosing OMEGA".
