I'm confused about the 2 mV/V output spec. For the LC201-300, if I have a 12V excitation and a 100 lb load, what should the output voltage be? Please include the calculation equation. Thanks!

Asked by: JohnK
Thank you for your inquiry The load cell will work up to 15 vdc. At 12 vdc you will get a 20% higher output the what was on your calibration sheet. Hope this was helpful?

What is the settling time of this load cell?

Asked by: john12
Thanks for the inquire We have a generic statement of 30 minutes to stabilize.

Do you have a construction/mounting guide or similar? We have just broken 9(!) while mounting them. I cannot find any instructions describing anything we have done wrongly.

Asked by: Phive26
There a no mounting instructions available for this load cell. The most cause of damage during installation would be over-tightening the fixturing you are installing on the threaded studs. These should only be installed hand tight. Any torque applied to these studs can cause damage. We suggest you email us a pressure@omega.com with details of the damage. Photos would be very helpful.
