Description
Les connecteurs standards SMPW disposent de deux broches plates et fournissent un raccordement entre les capteurs thermocouple et les instruments de mesure de température ou les contrôleurs de processus. Les connecteurs SMPW sont compatibles avec les connecteurs mâles à deux broches, (d'une taille similaire) ou avec un connecteur femelle deux pôles.Ces connecteurs ultimes SMPW-CC proposent un raccordement rapide et facile de câble ou de fil thermocouple par un ensemble de serrage. Le capot/serre-câble contient les 4 vis imperdables et élimine le problème des vis desserrées. Une plaque métallique et des oiellets sont inclus.
L'outil de montage # SMP-CC-TOOL est conçu pour effectuer un raccordement rapide et fiable entre connecteurs OSTW-CC et des fils thermocouple ou des câbles.

Excellent strain relief
I love how the strain relief feature of these connectors help to take the stress off of the wire where it connects. Most of our wire breaks occur inside the connectors at the screw terminals so these connectors should help.

Worked like it should but many tiny parts and no instructions included for assembly. Finally figured it out but not sure about exact location in assembly of washer, wire, screw . . . put wire under the washer.

I've worked with too many mini connectors that strip when you tighten the screws or that don't have any type of barrier to prevent accidental shorting. For the extra 2 pennies/thousand get a good connector. My clumsy mitts sure appreciate the strain relief for grabbing the jack also.

I needed something better than the standard, "no-name" connectors that came with my logger.
These Omega connectors are light years better. Very easy to install, perfect contact, no glitches, I just forgot they are there. And how convenient that small white pad on the connector to write which TC it is!
