These sensors are designed to be conveniently mounted directly into ports with 1/8NPT or 1/4NPT threads. The housings are machined from 300 Series Stainless Steel, contain a stainless steel strain relief spring, and stainless steel braided cables for use in rugged applications.

Sensor Specifications:
  • Maximum Temperature: 150°C or 75°C Depending on Accuracy
  • Housing: ¼ or 18 NPT with 6mm Diameter Tip
  • Cable: 2 meters of 2 Conductor, #26AWG Stranded, PFA Insulated and Jacketed, SST Braided Cable
  • Sensor Output: 2252Ω Standard, 3kΩ, 5kΩ, 10kΩ and 30kΩ Optional Resistances Also Available
  • Accuracy: ±0.2°C Standard, ±0.1°C Available

  • Note: The TH-44004-1/4NPT-80 model sensor replaces the original TH-44004-NPT-80 , the "1/4" before the NPT designation insures that you will get the correct mounting thread for your application.

    What is the dissipation constant of the TH-44004-1/4NPT-80-ROHS and in what medium does it apply to? I am acquiring thermistor data in LabVIEW and need to understand thermistor self-heating to choose an appropriate excitation current for my code.

    What is the temperature resistance curve of the RTD?
