Omega targets same-day shipment for in-stock items on standard domestic USA orders entered before 3 pm EST (11am for Canadian destinations). Credit or export issues may prevent order processing. The availability information shown on our web site is the most up-to-date information we have; however, it is subject to change. You can place an order for items that are on backorder, and we will ship when available. You will not be charged until the item is shipped.
Tracking #'s are available shortly after an order has been shipped. They can be found in the on-line account of the person who placed the order. Log-in to omega.com, select 'My Account', choose 'Order History', select the specified order, then view the 'Tracking #'.
All items will display the number in stock, plus the lead time estimate. Lead time is the time needed by us to receive additional shippable stock. Please note that excessive quantity orders may have additional lead times.
We offer special UPS Flat rates, which apply to most online orders. If you select this option, you will only be charged for the product, shipping cost (one-time), and applicable tax (No Duty or tariff). All shipping charges to the continental USA or Canadian locations are flat-rate as follows, unless you provide us with your carrier account number when checking out:

Additional shipping charges may apply for overweight or oversize items. In some cases, the additional cost can be seen during checkout, but you may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm a non-standard shipping cost.
If you have a freight account with DHL, UPS or FedEx, we offer multiple options to ship with any of these shipping companies and we'll bill your account directly. Just chose your preferred carrier and method and provide your account number in the appropriate field when checking out. Note that charges may be higher as the order will ship from the USA, and the customs broker will likely collect duties/tax before allowing entry.
Orders placed on our Canadian site can only be shipped within Canada. If you need to ship outside Canada, we recommend placing orders through our international sites to avoid additional fees outside our control. If no local site is available, our USA, Mexico or UK sites – whichever is closer to your shipping destination – would be ideal for you. Note that international orders may incur additional charges and higher shipping fees, which are shown at time of checkout.
Omega is committed to ethical business behavior and compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. Our Export Control Compliance Policy is posted on our site. When an order is being placed, it may be subject to an additional form that must be completed before the order can ship. This will be emailed to the person who placed the order. If you do not receive it, contact export@omega.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject.
