The new OMEGA wireless connector/transmitter receivers are compact devices that receive the transmitted signals from UWTC Series transmitters, and display/log/graph the data on your PC. TC Central software, included with each unit, displays the measured and ambient temperatures, along with RF signal strength and battery condition. The TC central software can turn your PC into a recorder or data logger so readings can be saved and later printed or exported to a spreadsheet file.
The UWTC-REC1 is a 48-channel receiver with USB connection; the UWTC-REC-2 adds an analog output that can be used to retransmit a 0 to 5 Vdc, 0 to 10 Vdc, or 4 to 20 mA signal to a remote meter, controller, PLC or data acquisition instrument. Both are available with an optional NEMA rated enclosure; UWTC-REC2 units are also available with an optional digital display.
UWTC-REC1, 2 and 4 transmitter/receivers are compatible with all connector/transmitters, including:
UWTC thermocouple connectors/transmitters
UWRTD Pt100 RTD connectors/transmitters
UWRH-2 and UWRH-2-NEMA relative humidity transmitters
UWPH-2-NEMA pH transmitter
UWIR-2-NEMA Infrared (non-contact) Temperature transmitter
UWPC-2-NEMA UWPC process transmitters

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Retrans Analog Output Doesn't Work I originally ordered this product about a year and half ago and found out that the analog retrans was not working so i returned it to get repaired. Found out that it didn't work when we initially purchased the unit. I purchased another unit since i needed two recievers and I ended up working with Omega to no avail with three different units of UWTC-REC2-V2 due to faulty units being shipped to me. Eventually, we decided that this was a failed cause since 2+months of returning faulty devices was too long of a delay for our projects and needed to go with another company's telematic device. They did refund the devices but failed to refund initial shipping charges. Customer service was helpful and they are not at fault with any issues in this device. Root cause is they were manufactured incorrectly since it is a low volume product. The initial unit I purchased a year and half ago finally came back from repair 3 months later and the retrans channel was working as designed! Bad news is that the display no longer functioned upon arrival, but i didn't want to lose this unit to repairs for an few months. I would not recommend this product until Omega figures out its quality issues; however, my coworker has two that he purchased 3+ years ago and they work great.

If I feed the transmitter with 4-20ma from a pH meter, can I display the scaled pH on the unit's display?

Can this unit go down to -80 C if not which can?
