Description
Les thermomètres enregistreurs HH306 et HH314 permettent la mesure et l'enregistrement simultanés de deux températures (HH306) plus l'humidité ambiante (HH314) et la lecture d'un minimum / maximum à l'aide d'un triple afficheur. Ils sont équipés en standard d'une fonction de veille automatique, du maintien de l'affichage, d'une/deux entrées avec connecteur miniature pour sonde thermocouple type K et d'une interface RS232. Software Not Compatible with USB C
This data logger has worked like a champ for 5 years. However I recently bought a new laptop (Windows 10) with USB C ports. The data logger is not detected and the data can not be uploaded. The data logger and software works with Windows 8.1 and USB 2.0 ports on my desktop computer. It also works with Windows 10 and USB 2.0 ports.

Would not recomend
Works fine on battery power, (uses 9v battery) kind-of works on external power. But if it is logging and you plug in external power it erases all your data. If you are on either mode and the power cable gets bumped or if there is a power flicker it erases all your data. Not cool!

Everytime I power down my omega HH306 thermometer data logger and turned it back on, its date and time settings are loss and reset back to factory setting, please advise how to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your inquiry. If unit does not keep date, it is likely the internal battery has depleted. You can remove the back cover via 3 screws and replace the battery. CR2032 3Volt Lithium battery is in lower right hand corner of circuit board. Replace with same and this should solve problem.

We'll be heating up to 600C, and it looks like the included thermocouple (5TC-TT-K-30-36) only goes up to 268 C. Do you have another thermocouple you can recommend and is it possible to get the probe and unit NIST certified?
Yes there are probes with insulation capable of going to 600C and they can be calibrated with the meter as a system. This would require you sending your inquiry to the Temperature group at temp@omega.com.

What is the size of the thermocouple wire that is supplied with the data logger?

When this product is ordered with NIST Certification, what is the temperature range on the provided NIST Certificate?
If you need the NIST calibration at 3 temperatures you must order HH306A-CAL-3. You will receive a NIST Certificate of Calibration at -100, 750 and 1360C.
If you order just the HH306A you will receive a NIST Certificate without Temperature data points.
