Easy to use and integrate into .NET
I have two of these in the lab and use them all the time to monitor test chamber temperatures. Easy to integrate the measurements into .NET code through the use of the virtual serial port

Misleading description regarding software
The webpage indicates that this includes software and a manual. The "quick start" sheet (see picture) that comes with it says there's a manual and a software disk. Customer service indicated the software is a download (yeah, I know), but they would check and get back to me. Never heard from them again. Not all of our lab computers have internet access. Yes, I know how to transfer the files, but the promised disk that I thought I was paying for would have been appreciated. I did get a one sheet "quick-start" instruction, but definitely nothing I would call a "manual".
Web page and included minimal documentation should be corrected to not indicated "included" software and manual.

Easy to use solution
Great product for monitoring temperature of an environmental chamber on a computer. Gives us the flexibility to perform testing remotely instead of having to check the measurements on-site. The accompanied software is intuitive, easy to use, and allows easy export of data.

Worked as advertised, bought another one.
Bought this to monitor device temperature on a PCB that we had to heat and maintain at 125C. Worked perfectly. Logged temp at ~1 Hz.

When I plug a thermocouple into UTC-USB it does automatically begin showing temperature (seemingly correctly), but on the channels tab it shows it as a "K" type thermocouple when it is definitely a "J" type. How do I change that?

What is the lowest possible "sample time" (i.e. highest sampling frequency) possible with the thermocouple version of this device? The manual indicates 100 Hz "bandwidth," but specifically for the pressure transducer version...

There is no provision for a ground on UTC-USB as it is not required.
