Description

Les connecteurs miniatures OMEGA sont conçus pour les applications plus exigeantes de mesure de la température. Ces connecteurs offrent une multitude de fonctionnalités, incluant: une construction robuste, conformation au code couleur IEC ou ANSI, des fenêtres de marquage - amovible et réversible, et des contacts mâles à pointe biseautée pour permettre une connexion facile.

Les connecteurs SMPW sont fabriqués à partir de Nylon rempli de verre et ils sont utilisables jusqu'à 220°C
Les connecteurs HMPW sont fabriqués à partir de polymère cristaux-liquides et ils sont utilisables jusqu'à 260°C

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Made Bought these to use with Omega Thermocouples. They appear to be well made and easy to connect to thermocouple wiring. Nice that they come with a "locking" wire to keep them connected to the thermocouple. Like the space for labeling the connectors.

I want to buy SMPW-R/S-F (green R female) The official website color currently looks blue. Want to ask Do I need to write down the color and model clearly when ordering remarks?

Is it OK to use Loctite on screws that hold down thermocouple wires?

Does the female connector portion refer to the wires from the thermal couple or does it mean that the receptor will receive the "chisel point male connectors" shown in the datasheet?

Thank you for your inquiry preston. All the thermocouples that come with a miniature male receptor connector will connect to the socket of the female miniature connector.

Why the narrow temperature range for the K of -29C to 180C? Can these be used outside this range with maybe somewhat reduced accuracy? if so how bad is it? or does it not work well enough to be useful?
