The initial strip of 10 we received, the first 3 showed no reaction. When contacted Omega is sending a new strip as replacements. We did find some of the strips reacted to the heat and one eventually did give us correct readings. I have to assume this was a fluke and with update the review once we receive the new strips. Customer service was very good dealing with the issue.

Works perfect!
Bought these to determine if high temp conditions were present, at first we were a bit skeptical of the readings so we attached TCs where the stickers were. TCs and stickers were within 5 degrees F of each other.

Good temperature sensor
I bought this temperature label for monitoring the temperature in the electron beam evaporator chamber. These label are pretty easily to be stick on the surface I measured and it worked well in such situation.

Does humidity affect the measurement non-reversible temperature labels? Does vapor from alcohol or another volatile cleaner/degreaser affect the measurement? If so, would the measurement be biased higher or lower than actual temperature?

Thank you for the inquiry. These are verified in non-condensing air environment on calibrated hot plate. Strong solvents /chemicals may affect materials and shift readings. Unfortunately we do not have test data for these conditions.

I would like to apply these to a surface that will see up to 300 psi. How will that affect the reading on these strips?
