What is the actual bead diameter of the 1/16" sheath exposed junction probes?

How do I ensure the accuracy of a KMQSS-062U-12 thermocouple? Is there a standard calibration, and can I access documentation of it?
You can purchase a 3 point NIST traceable calibration report with your probe. Full report will ship with your probe. Please request pricing and lead time quotation from the sales group.

What are the pressure limitations of 0.125" 304-SS thermocouple probes?

Thank you for the inquiry. These do not have a pressure rating. For a pressurized line please consider a thermowell and probe or our "pipe plug" style thermocouple. Pipe plug style ( grounded or ungrounded) have a pressure rating of 2500 psi at ambient temperature.

Does heat conduction along the sheath throw off temperature reading? If part of the sheath is under higher temperature than the tip, would this conduction cause the reading at the tip to be higher than it should be?
